Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Maison Broqué pieces. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we offer exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are accepted for any item of the same price or higher. We do not offer store credit for any remaining balance if the new item is of lesser value.

    No refunds are offered.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

    • Customers are responsible for any return shipping or delivery fees.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability.


Quality Assurance

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our highest standards. We take pride in providing the best representation of each item. The likelihood of receiving a defective piece is extremely low. Maison Broqué is not responsible for any damage or wear that occurs after the item has been delivered.


Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched within 2 business days after purchase.
  • Delivery fee: $4 across Lebanon.
  • Please allow extra processing time during sales and holiday seasons.
